Cancelling Orders

We are committed to quickly sending your wall decals to you so you can enjoy them as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please call or email us immediately. If we have not yet processed your order, we will cancel it for you and give you a full refund. If we have already mailed your istickup™ wall decals, please mail it back to us, unopened, and we will give you a full refund upon receipt.

Returns

You may return an istickup™ wall decal order for a full refund if it is unused and still on its original backing. Please ship your istickup™ in its orginal tube container to:

Replacements and Exchanges

If you receive a wall decal that was damaged in transit or processed incorrectly, please email us and send photos of the damaged decal when applicable. We will be happy to correct the problem immediately.
