Will you let me know when you print my order?
We will send you a confirmation email immediately after your order is received, and we will again contact you via email when we ship your order. Your shipping email will include a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package at UPS.com.
How soon will I get my order?
Most orders are printed within 2-3 days; custom prints may take another day for processing. We ship via UPS Ground, so you should receive your within 3 to 7 business days after we ship your order, depending on your location.
I'm in a hurry; can you rush my order?
Printing your order generally only takes 24 to 48 hours. The best way to rush an order is to select UPS next-day or second-day air delivery. If you need special consideration beyond this time frame, please call us at 1-801-872-9873.
How good is the image resolution?
The printer we use prints 2400 × 1200 dpi (dots per inch), so the image quality is amazing. For custom photos, the only limitation on image resolution is the clarity of the image you provide to us.
I have a low-resolution photo—can you enlarge it?
Yes, we can print it at any size you like, but we cannot supply more detail than the photo already contains. We recommend using uncompressed, high-resolution photos directly from your camera if possible. Images from the Internet generally do not have high enough resolution for a good enlargement. If you have questions about whether your photo would enlarge well, please email us and attach the photo and we will be happy to work with you in creating the best-looking print possible.
Can you print an image of a professional athlete, racecar, or famous person?
If you own the photo (you either took the photo or purchased the rights), we can make a print for your personal use. If in doubt, please see the detailed guidelines in our Terms of Use.
Can you ship orders outside the United States?
Right now we only ship orders inside the US. If you are living outside the US and would like to order an iStickUp please contact us at our customer service number and we will see if a special arrangement can be made..
Can I change my order?
Once an order has been printed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you need to change or cancel your order, call us immediately at 1-801-872-9873. If it has not yet been printed, we will do what we can to meet your needs.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Custom photo prints cannot be returned or exchanged unless we determine that the product was defective upon arrival. Returns or exchanges of unopened/unused theme rooms and gallery prints will be charged a 10% restocking fee. For detailed information, please see our Return Policy.
