iStickUp Return Policy
Many iStickUPs vinyl wall stickers, wall murals, wall decals, or big checks are printed to your custom specifications as they are ordered. As a result, in only very rare circumstances can we cancel or change an order, and we cannot accept returns or provide refunds except in the case of the few exceptions noted below.

CUSTOM PHOTOS
We recommend that you check your order and the image you are uploading carefully before finalizing your order. For custom photo prints we accept no responsibility for the quality of the uploaded content (including framing, cropping, focus or lighting problems, blurred or moving subjects, red-eye, etc.), its formatting, design or overall appearance. We provide you with a product printed from content that is controlled and supplied by you, so you must approve and accept ultimate responsibility for the visual presentation and content of your iStickUP. Our staff does not quality check individual photos (except for inappropriate content as described in the Terms and Conditions) prior to printing.

CANCELING ORDERS
Depending on our workload, we may begin work on your order immediately upon receiving it. If you need to cancel an order call us at 1-877-300-1219 and if we have not begun your order, it may be possible to cancel it. Successful cancelations qualify for a refund of all charges. Please understand, however, that the production expenses of printing an iStickUP make it impossible for us to cancel your order once we have begun work on it.

RETURNS
We will accept returns of the following items:
• A custom iStickUP with the original backing still attached that we determine was damaged or incorrectly printed by us and that has not been used, if returned to us within 10 days of the delivery date.

• A non-custom iStickUP with the original backing still attached that we determine has not been used and is in condition for resale, if returned to us within 10 days of the delivery date. We will apply a 15% restocking charge to such returns.

• Other iStickUP.com merchandise that we determine has not been opened or used, if returned to us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will apply a 15% restocking charge to such returns.

REFUNDS
Returns of the items listed above will be reviewed by our staff within five business days to determine if they qualify for a refund. Qualifying refunds will be made by crediting the applicable amount to the credit card used for the original purchase. If you return an item that does not qualify for a refund we will notify you by email. We will return the non-qualifying item to you if you request that we do so and authorize us to charge your credit card for the return delivery charges.
